The Annual Members Meeting of the EMDSL will be held Saturday November 8th, 2025 at 10:00am at the BMO Centre located at 295 Rectory Street London Ontario. Registration will open at 9:30am.

Please note the following:
Attendance of at least one representative of each member Club is mandatory for this meeting. Clubs will be assessed a fine for non-attendance. A member is any Club who placed at least one team in any EMDSL division in the 2025 Outdoor soccer season.

Please note that the following positions are up for election at this meeting. However, this may change depending on the result of the proposed By-Law amendments being considered at the meeting

A proposal to amend the By-Laws has been forwarded to all Club Representatives to be considered at this meeting. There were no other submissions received from members to be considered.
